Ticketrader is an online ticketing tool that helps event organisers sell their tickets for the events they are promoting. All events on Ticketrader are organised, listed and managed by event organisers that upload their content on the service.

If you’ve got a question about an event or something that happened at an event it might be best to contact the event organiser directly.

Please ensure you log into the account used when purchasing your order.

Refunds can be made if the creators decide so, you will be able to see this in the event information. Events tickets are not transferable. Refunds policy can only be given if the event has been cancelled or rearranged.

If the event has been cancelled or rearranged please contact us using the website “contact us” form, we will review and come back to you as soon as possible. You can find more information on your refund rights on this website.

We are unable to alter any details on a purchased ticket or voucher. Some event organisers do not require the name on the order to match that of your ID. However, we advise contacting the event organisers directly to check.

All events are organised and managed by third party event organisers. Questions regarding event details should be directed to the event organiser. We would recommend getting in touch with them via their website or via social media.

We can't change any details of a complete order.
